Yes. There is no renewal, and no separate charge to keep receiving updates. Some proxy apps sell a "perpetual" license that only includes one year of updates, so you pay again to stay current. MinPin does not do that: every future version is included in the original purchase.
Buying PRO triggers an email with your license key. Open MinPin → Preferences → License, paste the key, click Activate. Activating needs an internet connection once, so MinPin can register the Mac against your license. After that it checks in quietly when it starts and about once a day, and keeps working offline for up to 60 days between check-ins, on a plane, behind a VPN, wherever. It never blocks capture while it checks.
Yes, a Personal license works on up to 3 of your Macs at a time: typically a desktop, a laptop and a work Mac. Getting a new Mac? Click "Deactivate This Mac" on the old one, or remove it from the management link in your license email if you no longer have it, and the place is free straight away. Lost or dead Macs never lock you out for good: a Mac that has not checked in for 60 days gives up its place automatically the next time one is needed.
A PRO Personal license covers one named person, including freelancers working under their own name. You need a Commercial license when a company buys on your behalf, when the license needs to belong to the company rather than to you, when you need an invoice, PO or vendor paperwork, or when seats must be reassigned as staff change. If you're unsure, email licenses@minpinproxy.com and we'll tell you honestly which one you need.
Because they buy different things. An individual wants to own a tool outright, so Personal is a single payment with no strings. A company is buying ongoing entitlement, seat reassignment, paperwork and support, which are continuing obligations on our side, so they're billed continuously. Neither tier subsidises the other.
Removing a seat never cuts anyone off. Reassign a seat from your admin page when someone leaves. If all of a person's Macs have gone quiet for 60 days, their seat is freed automatically the next time someone needs it. The admin page warns you when more people use the license than it has seats, so you can add seats or reassign them.
No. Renewing keeps the same license key, so nobody has to re-enter anything.

Check spam first. If still missing, email support@minpinproxy.com with your order ID, every issuance is logged and we can re-send.
Because most developers want to try the app on real traffic before deciding. The 30-minute sessions are long enough to debug almost any one task; if you find yourself restarting the session three times a day, you'll get more out of PRO than you'd pay.
